The staff was super friendly and resolved an AC issue quickly. Breakfast was solid, and the location couldn't be better-close to the train station and just a walk away from the Duomo and Uffizi Gallery. Definitely a good deal for the price!

One downside was that the Wi-Fi didn't work well. We had a hard time connecting , frustrating.

I had an amazing wedding celebration in florence, and st james exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast spread was delicious. It was the perfect spot for exploring the city!

The free breakfast was awesome with freshly baked bread and delicious espresso! We loved the comfy beds and the great location. Just wished there were more pillows though 😊

St. James was a fantastic place! The location is perfect, just 8 minutes from the central station, with beautiful parks and great restaurants close by. My room was spacious, with a comfy bed. The beautiful chinese receptionist provided really good service, which really stood out.
